The PLATFORM is intended for generation of tokens (digital copies) of real assets. The Platform issues tokens (Token Generating Event, TGE) for enterprises of a real economy sector while not violating legal principles and accounting rules.
The Platform’s token emission procedure is:
Crypto-technologies. The REALIUM Platform uses the following crypto-assets transfer technologies:
Assets. Generation of tokens on the REALIUM platform is possible for different types of assets: tangible and intangible, divisible and indivisible, having or not having generic attributes, fungible and non-fungible.
Liabilities for tokens. Tokens issued on the REALIUM Platform can either be a separate ownership entity, for example, a claim right in the obligation, or full ownership.
Transaction protection. High protection of tokens, smart contracts as well as any operations with them is achieved due to the combination of classic crypto-technologies and our own proven developments, such as a consensual conclusion of smart contracts, separation of information exchange channels and decentralization of databases.
KYC/AML. The use of KYC/AML control module.
Assets audit. Audit of assets that secure tokens justifies their fair price.
The designer of smart contracts. We have realized a new end-user oriented approach to the creation of smart contracts and their implementation through open API’s, which provides the realization of arbitrary business logic for tokens.
Compliance with legislation. Due to individualized smart contracts, all transactions with tokens are completely legal.
Innovative blockchain. In order to improve transactions reliability, the blockchain of the REALIUM Platform uses requisites of primary assets. This allows to dramatically change the procedure for achieving consensus while authorizing transactions with tokens. As a result, the transaction speed is increased by several orders of magnitude compared to, for example, that of the classic Bitcoin blockchain. At the same time, the general system reliability remains high.
Tokenization process management. The ability to manage participant roles, control the lifecycle of tokens as well as tokenization parameters (emission volumes, commissions, limits, etc.) depending on the specific task.
Marketplace. The Platform has an integrated and manageable stock exchange module.
Affiliate programs. There is a built-in module for partner programs, which can flexibly be adjusted for licensees.
A single client virtual office. All the client’s tokens can be managed in the client's virtual office, regardless of Licensee.
Single registration and login. Login to the virtual office for tokens management with one click – there is a single button "Login" for clients of all licensees (if the client has already conducted a prior registration on the Platform).
Token labels. Tokens are additionally protected by a special token labelling technology.
Licenses for tokenization activities. The right to provide services for the tokenization of enterprise assets on the Platform may be provided to third parties through granting a license and the relevant API’s.
The REALIUM Project offers a means of assets tokenization which is utterly available, is accompanied by smart contracts and based on blockchain technology. The tokenization can be adapted to the legislative requirements of practically any jurisdiction and has wide application.
There is a Platform prototype operating since 2013.
The commercial use of the Realium Platform is performed by the Platform Registrar. A company claiming to issue tokens on the Realium Platform can do this in two ways:
A company planning to issue its tokens (TGE) submits a preliminary application to the Licensee.
The tokens are considered to be put into circulation at the time of their purchase. The documents accompanying these transactions are available to their participants through their private virtual offices.
Every preparation procedure for the emission of tokens is individual. All the specifics are taken into account during the preparatory work.
